Physical Description: Charcoal marbled tabby with charismatic light blue eyes flecked with pale yellow, this same pale color carries down into an underbelly marred by stripes while charred brown paints accent to points and falls into chocolate where dark and light meets.

Summarized Description: Dark tabby tom with light blue/yellow eyes.

History: Mistfeather, or Moonfeather that Stormclan would come to know him as, wasn't always the paranoid and secretly psychotic cat that he was today -- crown prince alongside his younger brother, he once was thought to become the next leader in his homelands while he worked as a healer to help his people and was bethrothed to the oracle of his lands, Moonsong. But betrayal would fall upon him with the passing of his father and the call to choose their next leader arose, Mistfeather rushed to the clearing only to be met by his younger brother claiming he had already been chosen to lead. In his claws was Moonsong as blackmail, forcing Mistfeather to step down but add insult to injury, his beloved was struck down in front of him and it sent the man into a state of frenzy; but all was for naught as he was drug away by his brother's guards to be cast out of the lands in exile for attacking the new leader and framed for killing the oracle.

Moons passed until he happened upon the forest that the new clans now reside in. Back then it was Thunderclan, Windclan, Shadowclan and Riverclan. He chose Riverclan as his new home after a young she-cat came across him on the territory and was immediately enthralled by this mysterious and charming tom. He was escorted into camp by her to meet the leader, Littlestar, but the leader was suspicious by how jovial and eccentric he was.. Not to mention the fact that she had no idea where he had come from and Mistfeather was unable to tell her.

He was allowed to stay so long as he was kept an eye on and Morningdew, who had found him, was to be his charge until he proved his worth to the clan.

Of course.. With being young and naive, Morningdew fell more and more in love with the charming Mistfeather and she eventually fell pregnant by him. The news soon spread to Littletar and she was non too pleased to hear this but Mistfeather claimed to really care for the girl. Two kits came from the result with Mistfeather helping in her kitting.

When Batflight, Riverclan's medicine cat, passed Mistfeather became the obvious choice to succeed him with his knowledge of herbs.. Much to the chagrin of Littlestar. She had him make the journey to Mothermouth to commune with Starclan.

But things did not go according to plan when the man reached out for the crystal; there had been the blinding light but no ancestors came. Not chosen by the Starclan, Moonfeather took his fate into his own paws and lied through his teeth that Starclan had indeed chosen him as their much needed Medicine Cat -- all to make a place for himself in the clan in their time of need, to root himself there even if they didn't trust him still. That didn't matter to the man, all that had come to matter was Morningdew, the cursed girl. His history is held close to his chest -- and will do what he must to keep it a secret.

Personality: Flamboyant, aloof, charismatic, seemingly indifferent. (unstable but hard to provoke, paranoid)

Sample Roleplay Post(s): “Does it unsettle you, Littlestar? That a strange cat you don’t know the history of is staying in your beloved clan that you’ve sworn to protect? You need only ask and I’d be on my way, out of your fur!” With Morningdew in tow, of course. It was a teasing tone he took but he had to wonder what exactly the leader would choose, given the choice; to cast him out would not go over well however. Rejection was.. Not within his tolerance. “Ah but, I have a job now to tend to - as foretold by your ancestors.” Mistfeather tilted his head as mention of that cursed crystal was spoken of and he merely shook his head. “It was merely.. Too bright to look upon.”
